Overview

Upcoming Intake: Fall 2023, College Drive – North Bay

Develop the knowledge, skills and judgement needed to become a self-regulated health professional. A large part of your training will include hands-on clinical practice. Students work with clients from the community on-site in Canadore’s Dental Hygiene Clinic, where they offer free dental hygiene services as they put their clinical theory into practice. Graduates are in high demand, finding employment in dental offices, hospitals, and research institutes. This program is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of Canada.

Complete prior to September start up:

  • CPR (HCP/BLS level) - valid for 1 year $80
  • Standard First Aid Certification - valid for 3 years $80
  • Health Immunizations (See Communicable Disease Screening documents) - cost will vary
  • Campus Health Centre Health Clearance Card - $35

You will also need:
